Are the dresses ready to wear or made to order?
All dresses are made to order including standard sized dresses.
What are the measurements for this item? Is this true to size?
Please be aware that our items generally fit true to size, but this may vary depending on the fabric used. To get accurate measurements, please refer to our size chart, which can be found here. Additionally, you can find more detailed information about the fabric used in each item by checking out the description section.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship worldwide. The shipping costs will be covered by Drip Advisory.
How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
Once your order details are confirmed, you will receive your item after 6-12 business days and custom orders are 8-16 business days from the day that the order has been placed.
You may receive your items much earlier depending on your location.

What shipping carrier do we use?
We ship our items with UPS, FedEx, B-Post and DHL Express.
Am I able to track my order?
Yes. When we dispatch your order for delivery you will receive a unique tracking number via email.
Can I return, exchange or cancel my order?
We kindly offer returns on Standard Size non-made-to-measure creations.
All made-to-measure Custom Pieces can only be exchanged.
For all returns and exchanges we have a 24 hours policy. If you wish to return for store credit or exchange an item, please contact us as soon as possible within 24 hours after your shipment arrives. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Once your return is approved, we will issue you with our return P.O. Box address.
Returns must include the original invoice.
PLEASE NOTE: All store credit, refunds and/or exchanges that are due will be issued within 48 hours after the return is processed. We do not offer refunds for any purchases unless the garment is deemed faulty.
If for any reason you need to cancel an order, you may do so up to 24 hours. You are able to cancel your order with no penalty, before your order has shipped.
If your order has shipped, any shipping costs related to cancellations, returned or exchanged products are not covered by Drip Advisory.
We offer a 100% money back guarantee, if the product is defective or damaged. We give you 30 days to send it back to us for a full refund. Discounted items will be deemed as a final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Will I be charged customs/duty fees?
Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once the package arrives at the destination country. These duties vary from country to country and are charged depending on the marked "value" of the pieces inside the package.
Drip Advisory is not responsible for these fees. It is the responsibility of the customer to be aware of charges that may occur at the time of delivery/pickup for imported goods.
Not all packages are subject to the duty/custom fee, so we recommend contacting your local customs for information if you have additional questions.

Do you ship to PO BOX, APO, or FPO Addresses?
Yes, we do ship to PO Box addresses. Simply enter your PO Box in the shipping line when placing the order.
We do not ship to APO or FPO addresses.
Why can't I checkout? (International Customers)
Due to international value limitations most international orders will be limited to $170.00. To proceed with your order please limit your cart to under $170.00, this should allow you to move forward with your purchase!
